Daily Planet Black is a True Type font that was created with Aldus SuperPaint and Altsys Fontographer 4.0.4.
Daily Planet-Black is a text/title font that is based on the mastheads of many popular turn of the century to mid century newspapers. While fairly clean, it has a slightly rough quality to it. The curves are more subtle than most text fonts and it has a straight-forward design with few frills. The base of the font is thick alternated by subtle curving sides. It is also tall and somewhat narrow. Specifically about 110 percent larger vertically and 80 smaller horizontally than say Times Black. Daily Planet has the following styles: Book, Book Italic, Black, Black Italic, Ultra Black, and Outline. The font has 110 characters. There is an upper and lower-case, along with numbers and shift-numbers, most punctuation marks and other such as correct quotes are present.
